Heller’s Town 3D Printing
Terms of use
The terms for using 3d.hellers-town.com. Last updated October 10, 2026.
Who runs this site
3d.hellers-town.com is run by Heller’s Town, LLC, 205 DeClark St, Ste 1, Beaver Dam, WI 53916, (815) 375-0527, hellerstown@gmail.com. “I” and “me” on this site mean Jackson Heller for Heller’s Town, LLC.
Estimates and quotes
Price a part gives an estimate from the numbers you enter. It is not an offer. The price of any work is set by a written quote from me, after I have seen the part, the file or the idea, and the work is governed by that quote. The estimate shows Wisconsin sales tax at 5.5% for pickup in Beaver Dam; delivery elsewhere may change the county rate.
Work I will not take on
I do not print firearms or firearm components, load-bearing or safety-critical parts, food-contact parts, medical or dental parts or anything that goes in or on a body, licensed characters or other people’s intellectual property, or mass production, and I do not offer processes that are not in-house. The full list is on the shop page. I may turn down any job.
Files and rights
When you send a file or a link to one, you tell me what rights you hold in it. That record is what I was told; it is not a transfer of responsibility, and it does not protect either of us from a rights holder. If the rights are unclear, I check before anything is printed, and I may decline. Files are used only to make your parts and are deleted 90 days after delivery.
Printer time
A block of printer time means I load and watch the machine for you. It is not remote control of a machine, and the printers do not leave the shop.

The site itself
I keep the information on this site accurate, but it is provided as it is, and it can change. Nothing on the site is professional advice about whether a part is safe for a particular use.
Other Heller’s Town sites
Heller’s Town also does automation and drone and aerial work. Those sites have their own terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
