Heller’s Town 3D Printing

Privacy

What this site collects, why, where it goes, how long I keep it, and how to ask me to delete it. Last updated October 10, 2026.

Who I am

This site, 3d.hellers-town.com, is run by Jackson Heller for Heller’s Town, LLC, 205 DeClark St, Ste 1, Beaver Dam, WI 53916. You can reach me at (815) 375-0527 or hellerstown@gmail.com.

The two forms

The send-a-file form and the rent-a-printer form collect what you type into them: your name, email address and phone number if you give one, what you want printed and the details you choose to add, a link to a file if you give one, and how you heard about me if you answer that question. If you used the price-a-part calculator first and chose “Send this to me”, the numbers you entered and the estimate go with the form. I use all of it only to answer you, quote the work and do it.

When you send a form, it goes from your browser to this site’s server, which is hosted by Vercel. The server checks it and passes it to my intake workflow, which runs on n8n. The workflow stores it in a database hosted by Supabase and sends me an alert by Telegram message so I see it quickly. Nobody else reads it, and I do not sell or share it.

File links

If you give a link to a file, it is stored as text. This site never opens or downloads it. I open it myself to quote the work. Files are used only to make your parts and are deleted 90 days after delivery. I will sign a mutual NDA if you ask.

The calculator

Price a part works out the estimate in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent anywhere. If you choose “Send this to me”, the numbers are kept in your browser’s session storage for this tab only, so the send-a-file form can show them; they go nowhere unless you send that form, and they are gone when you close the tab.

No analytics, no cookies

This site runs no analytics and sets no cookies of its own. One file comes from somewhere else: the animation library the pages use is loaded from cdnjs, which is run by Cloudflare. Like any web request, that request gives Cloudflare your IP address and basic browser details.

Hosting logs

Vercel, which hosts the site, keeps standard request logs, such as the address a request came from, the page asked for and the time. I do not use them to track or profile visitors.

Email and phone

If you email me, your message is handled by Google, which runs my Gmail inbox. If you call or text, it goes through my phone carrier like any call.

How long I keep it

I keep what you send for as long as I need it to answer you and do the work, and after that only as long as business records have to be kept. Files are deleted 90 days after delivery, as above.

Deleting it

Ask me by email or phone and I will delete what you sent, unless the law requires me to keep a record of a sale. I will tell you when it is done.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes
